This patient was told constantly that she looked angry. She felt it was because the corners of her mouth were turned down. The facelift performed gently raised the fascia near the corners of her mouth, so they could be lifted and yet not change the actual shape of her mouth. So afterward, she looked happier. This is almost two years post-op.
