This patient came to see us because she did not like the creases around her mouth and the loose skin on her neck. She had a lot of sun damage from exposure as a child with brown sun spots on her face. Our team suggested a TCA 30% chemical peel to address the sun damage and perioral dermabrasion for the creases around her mouth, along with a mini facelift to help freshen-up her look.
