A Healdsburg patient who is interested in facial rejuvenation. She has a tremendous amount of skin in the upper lids hanging on her eyelashes with loose skin in the lower lids as well.  Patient did not like her jowling. She is out in the sun a lot and is asking about the brown spots on her face. Dr. Jacobs suggested a rhytidectomy to help contour her jowl area, a coronal forehead lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty to help correct the looseness in her lids, and a TCA 30% chemical peel for her sun damage. Our patient looks terrific and is so happy, for the post op photo she simply could not stop smiling!
