This patient came to our office when she was 47 years old. She had acne when she was young and the scarring that resulted bothered her. She was interested in a facelift and something that would help her acne scars. Dr. Jacobs suggested a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a 30% TCA chemical peel.
