This patient came to our San Francisco office. She was interested in changing the appearance of her nose. In addition to the shape of her nose she also had a deviated septum. The patient had a Septo-Rhinoplasty. Her surgery addresses both the shape and function of her nose.  She is very happy with the results of her surgery and as a plus can now breathe easier.
